Yes! The Anti Aging Red Light Therapy Wand can be carried onto airplanes in your personal bag. Do NOT store it in your checked luggage, as the lithium ion batteries in the device are prohibited in checked baggage. To be safe please confirm with the airline you are travelling with prior.

Currently we only ship Australia wide, but are working with the team to be able to ship lummina globally!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.

When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date. 

If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be highlighted on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. Items must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must not have been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Yes the customer will cover the return shipping costs. 

Original shipping charges (such as express/international shipping and import taxes) will not be refunded.

Please note: Not all items are eligible for return.

At Lummina we stand behind our products and provide a one year manufacturer's warranty on our products. Lummina warrants all devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. 

It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.
