How do I contact customer service?

What are the ingredients in your products?

Each product’s ingredients are clearly listed on its specific product page under the "Ingredients" section. We believe in full transparency, so you’ll always know what’s in your skincare.


What if the product I want is out of stock?

We hate when that happens too! But you can sign up to be notified when it’s back in stock by clicking the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button on the product page. You’ll be first to know once it’s available again.


Ordering & Orders

What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you don’t, you can return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of confirmed delivery. All items must be in their original condition for resale. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, reach out to our team, and we’ll replace it at no extra charge.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

If you need to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible at help@lumminaskin.com.au. We’ll do our best to process your request, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.

Please refer to the back of the packaging for all ingredients.
